Upload files form : Show uploaded files on return from form validation with error

steps to recreate : upload some files and add bad JSON.
form validation returns to page with red text saying JSON is bad but file upload field now appears empty.

Add file names (hidden field is filled but user doesnt know that!)
Add JSON.parse JS ? (like bulk annot modal)
